Refund policy

Returns
Due to the unique nature of our products, and most are hand selected for each of our clients, we are unable to offer returns. All our transactions are backed by paypal purchase protection, and we offer a quick exchange in the rare event that a purchase arrives damaged or is lost in the mail. Items already shipped that are refused by purchaser will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refusal of Service - we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shopthemeparks@gmail.com and send your item to PO BOX 3424 Windermere, FL 34786 Please email us first as we will provide a return label for you to return the item to us.
